Legal note
In order to resolve any dispute deriving from this legal agreement or proceeding, the parties submit to the institutional arbitration of the Girona Arbitration Tribunal of the “Association of Girona Comarques for Arbitration”, to which they entrust the appointment of the arbitrator and the administration of the arbitration, undertaking henceforth to comply with the award.
