Additives and release agents for the production of wood particle board
CONCENTROL WIN PW : release agents and internal / external wetting agents. CONCENTROL HRD PW comprises hardeners for MUF and UF resins. CONCENTROL MDF PW-1 is a liquid additive which allows MDF panels to be produced with a low formaldehyde content.
Mould lubricant for glass bottle production
Release agents/Lubricants for glass bottles and containers in general, in bowling processes in automatic machines
Water based oleofugants for construction.
Hydrophobic, oleophobic agents for construction materiales such as natural and artificial stone, interior and exterior marble surfaces (kitchens and bathrooms), and others. Protects from staining produced by aqueous and oily solutions. The OLW range is water based and the OL range is dissolvent based, for use on less porous surfaces where water based does not have sufficient penetration power.

Coloured lacquers, UV-curable
Modified urethane acrylate varnishes that polymerize by radicalary reaction under UV. They are recommended for plastic and metallic surfaces.

Antiadherent for rubber
Antiadherent for non vulcanized rubber.It stops sheets sticking together during storage. Does not contain silicone.
Antiadherent for conveyor belts
Lubricating product for conveyor belts, prevents the build-up and adhesion of materials processed on them.
Anti graffiti
Water based surface primer for protection against graffiti. Suitable for absorbent mineral substracts like cement, concrete, painted walls, artificial and natural stone etc.
Antistatics
Anti static products for paper and impregnation processes of decorative paper with melamine formaldehyde resins. It can be applied with a roller, curtain, or as an additive to the formulation.We also have masterbaches for their application in the plastic industry, where the elimination of electrostatic charges is a necessity; to reduce the risk of deflagrations, protect very sensitive electronic components and besides, they help to improve appearance, avoiding the build up of dust.
Coadjuvant
Laundry coadjuvant. Product for joint application with detergent for very dirty clothes, especially organic dirt, grease and oil. Facilitates stain removal .
Solvent for metals
Gentle stripper for metallic pieces leaving a clean, impeccable surface.
Release agents for non ferrous moulded metallic materials
Release agents for the pressure die casting of non ferrous metals, especially aluminium, magnesium and its alloys.
Release agents for polyester resin
Release agents for high quality, moulded polyester resin in various presentations depending on application requirement. Sealing release agent CONCENTROL LP PS-100. Solvent based semi- permanent release agents CONCENTROL LP PD-200 and PD-100, water based semi-permanent CONCENTROL LP PA-2. Conventional solvent based release agents, concentrated or diluted: CONCENTROL LP IC-5, LP PC-9 C, LP PD-18.Release agent in paste CERATROL PP-6. Rotomoulding release agents
Water based and solvent based agents for rotational moulding production. CONCENTROL semipermanents mould release agents provides smooth releases without inhibing resin flow, assuring parts with excelent surfaces
Dispersants
Dispersants for industry in general but especially the paper industry. Agents to improve the capacity of dyeing synthetic fibres, such as polyester fibre or polypropylene. Emulsifiers for non-foaming emulsions such as SBR-latex, vinyl acetate and acrylic emulsions. In cosmetics as dispersing agents for creams or face masks, also for hair styling products.
Tackifying resin dispersions
Wide range of resin emulsions of different characteristics and sources; sterified, acid colophone resins, hydrocarbon resins and terpenophenolic resins.Main application as raw material for the formulation of adhesives, and mainly auto- adhesives for porous and non porous substances. In general, can be defined as modifying agents for film properties of plastic dispersions.
Water repelling agents for construction materials
Water based, high quality water repelling agents for all kinds of mineral extracts such as ceramic, bricks etc.. They prevent the penetration of water into the material, and consequently protect against the appearance of stains and cracks.
Wetting agents for the impregnation of melamine
Especially for melamine -formaldehyde resins and impregnation of decoration papers which are difficult to process. They reduce the surface tension of the resin, allowing a better penetration into the paper.
Adhesion promoter for coatings, curable by ultraviolet
Additive for these types of formulations, designed as an adherence promotor on metals.The formulations of products curable by UV/EB that contain PET-750 PA can be applied by lithographic methods, screen, engraving (direct or inverse) and coating systems by curtain.
Lubricants for enamelled cable bobbins
Range of highly effective lubricants for enamelled copper wire. Basically presented in two concentrations, 0.5 and 1%, although the formula can be adapted to suit the client’s specific needs.
Polyurethane foam stabilizers
Additives for polyurethane foam formulations. Confer stability to the foaming process and provide a regulation size and distribution of the cells. Different capacities as a reference stabilizers. Silicone Surfactants for molded foam, rigid foam and flexible block foam.
