Water based contact adhesives
DUAL COMPONENT:Tacktrol LP KW, water based adhesives to be catalysed on the surface by Tacktrol CT-1 catalyser for all the KW range. For porous surfaces. SINGLE COMPONENT:TACKTROL MKW range of water based contact adhesives, ready for use. To acquire a good adhesion, one of the surfaces to be glued must be porous. The main sectors of application are the furniture industry, polyurethane foam, laminate adhesives, textiles, shoes, leather and car accessories.
Water based polyurethane adhesives
Polyurethane based adhesives, totally polimerized and dispersed in water. Film reactivated by temperature. Adhesion of plastic laminates to textile, packing and wood(membrane presses)besides many other applications, substituting solvent based adhesives. To increase resistance to temperature and water of the adhered parts, use PUWR additive and PUWZ additive respectively.
Polyurethane single- component adhesives
Adhesives available as solvent based and 100% solids (solvent -less). Single component polyurethane products, which are polymerized by means of atmospheric humidity. Used in various sectors, lamination of plastic materiales, agglomeration of cork, laminating of plastic materials on wood etc.
Spray contact adhesive
Aerosol contact adhesive, ideal for use in applications in which manual brush application would be time consuming. Extremely useful in sectors such as graphic arts,upholstery, general reparations etc.Can stick a wide range of materials such as polyurethane, polyester, polythene, fibres, textiles, filters, cork, paper, metal, wood etc…We have a specific reference for PVC laminates.
Water based adhesives
