Francesc de Haro, the Managing Director of Concentrol, is promoting business change through his involvement in "El Futuro Es Ser B"

Among these initiatives, the recent participation of Francesc de Haro stands out.

Francesc de Haro took part in the project “El Futuro Es Ser B,” an innovation initiative that allows citizens to express their opinions on how companies can enhance people’s lives. #ElFuturoEsSerB is a project endorsed by ‘El Futuro Es Ahora’ and the B Corp movement, in collaboration with PlayGround. The project revolves around four key pillars: metaphor, training, co-creation, and vodcast.

Within the framework of this initiative, the 35 members of Metaforum Ser B engaged in training sessions, online debates, and eventually convened in Madrid on May 17th for a day dedicated to generating co-creation proposals. During this event, representatives from companies, institutions, and civil society interacted with journalist Ana Pastor, artist Samantha Hudson, and Carme Artifas, the Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence. The event facilitated an enriching discussion on various topics, such as salary conditions, flexibility, mental health, and work-life balance.

In July, De Haro participated in the fifth episode of the vodcast “El Futuro Es Ser B,” a pioneering initiative aimed at promoting business transformation and fostering sustainability and social responsibility through citizen engagement.

During the 14-minute episode, Francesc de Haro engaged in a debate with Íñigo Allí, the director of SpainNAB, and Beatriz Becerra, the General Director of Citizen Participation at Malaga City Council. They discussed the necessary business governance model for today’s world.
